Volleyball
Health related is made up of 5 components. Cardiovascular Endurance Fitness, Flexibility Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, and Body Composition
Cardiovascular Endurance is the ability to work continuously for extended periods of time (for example: Walking briskly for 20-40 minutes, cycling 5-10 miles, or in-line skating for 30 minutes to an hour. Flexibility is the range of motion that your joints have during movement. Skin and connective tissue (Such as tendons, and ligaments) can restrict normal flexibility if not used regularly.
Muscular Endurance refers to your ability to contact your muscles several times without excessive fatigue. Muscular strength refers to the maximal force that you can exert when you contract your muscles. Last is Body Composition which is the ratio of water, bone, muscle, and fat in your body.
In my activity I’m going to teach how to play volleyball and out of these 5 components were going to focus more on Cardiovascular Endurance because you will have to work a lot to be able to play volleyball well.
My summer fitness plans is to work on my flexibility by practicing or stretching once in a while. The reason I want to improve my flexibility is because it’s good to be flexible that I cannot hurt myself!
